Chiltern Physiotherapy Home Get Active!

Improve your health and sense of well-being by increasing your levels of physical activity and taking regular exercise.

Physiotherapists recommend that adults exercise at moderate intensity for 30 minutes, 5 times a week, and that children are physically active for an hour every day.

If you don't have time for a 30 minute session of exercise each day, it may suit you better to break it up into three or four smaller chunks.

Just being a little more active throughout the day can benefit your health.

Have a look at the links opposite to see if any of them appeal to you.
